Take a stroll through Central Park
The classic aerial image of Central Park: a beautiful block of lush greenery stretching out into Manhattan, with an army of concrete structures hugging its edges so neatly that it appears an invisible force field shields the park. Most things to do in New York include a stroll through the world's most-filmed public park, featured in films such as Elf, Night at the Museum, Breakfast at Tiffany's, and many others. It's easy to lose a whole morning within its walls.
Take in the park's prehistoric bedrock, which dates back between 190 million and 1.1 billion years. Alice in Wonderland and Balto, the valiant Siberian husky, are among the charming sculptures on display. Visit the Strawberry Fields memorial to the Beatles' John Lennon and take in the view from Belvedere Castle. Find your tranquil nooks and crannies, and cast your gaze over Cleopatra's Needle.

The beach is only a 3-minute walk from this house. This all-inclusive resort provides three outdoor pools, six restaurants, and tropical gardens on Cortecito Beach in Bavaro, Punta Cana. All rooms have their balcony and are designed in bright, brilliant colours, and the air-conditioned rooms include a flat-screen satellite TV, a refrigerator, and a safe.
